Sharing internal knowledge @ Bulb

Dear Bulb, meet Bulb!

“No man is an island, entire of itself”…

Wide spectre of concurrent projects leads to a point where it’s challenging to keep up and stay in line with company’s strategic growth.

Here at Bulb, we’re not islands, we strive to achieve more by sharing internal knowledge. Every employee, every department should be familiar with company’s activities they are not directly involved in or are indirectly involved. To increase our social interaction in business-related areas, we’ve established recurring events where specific projects get presented:

  • Motivation to start the project
  • Explanation of business goals
  • Project’s challenges, phases, deliverables
  • Project’s achievements
  • Customer’s feedback

Every single team member has something valuable to share and should be given an opportunity to express his/her ideas. On this occasion, Ninoslav and Michael showed to the rest of us their great work on enabling CSPs to maintain their service excellence and customer satisfaction on a remarkably high level.

We are particularly proud of helping our new co-workers onboard more quickly by sharing valuable information that live beyond limits of single team’s expertise.
